Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through guest interactions, tire and service recommendations.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by understanding their needs.
• Explain warranties, promotions, and product/service details.
• Manage guest experiences from check-in to service completion and check-out.
• Suggest products based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Support training tools and keep work areas clean and safe.
