Qualifications

• Previous automotive guest service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profitability by selling tires and services.
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Communicate advertising and promotions to guests.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in through checkout and scheduling.
• Contribute to promotional merchandising and events.
• Explain warranties and promotions to guests.
• Use guidelines to make product recommendations.
• Support Service Manager with guest vehicle information.
• Maintain a clean and safe work/guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting as needed.
