Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a Tire Sales Specialist to work inside a premium automotive dealership, selling tires on the service drive after a paid training program.

You will engage customers, perform quick inspections, identify needs, provide pricing, close sales, and build relationships with customers and dealership teams, while supporting store operations and enjoying a consistent 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).
