Job summary

Dealer Tire LLC in the United States is seeking a Tire Sales Specialist to join our premium automotive dealership team. You will act as the tire sales expert, engage customers on the service drive, build rapport, and close sales with confidence after a paid training program.

This role offers a stable, 40-hour week, base pay of $28.34–$30.85 per hour plus a $13,200 target annual commission, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 50% 401(k) match up to 7%, and strong opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment. Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools)

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive
• Perform quick visual inspections
