Job summary

Dealer Tire is hiring a tire sales specialist for inside work at a premium automotive dealership. After a fully paid training program, you will engage customers, sell tires on the service drive, perform quick inspections, identify needs, provide pricing, and close sales.

You will build relationships with customers and dealership teams, support store operations, and maintain a consistent 5-day, 40-hour schedule with competitive earnings and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities
