Job summary

Big O Tires is seeking a Sales Consultant to deliver accurate, timely customer service and drive sales by explaining product benefits and maintaining strong follow-through on maintenance recommendations.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, assisting with store operations, and training new staff as needed. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; willingness to work holidays and weekends is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers with fast, friendly service.
• Handle complaints courteously and efficiently per policy.
• Explain benefits of products and services to promote sales.
• Prepare sales documentation such as warranties and service agreements.
• Conduct accurate sales transactions and report discrepancies to supervision.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks, inventory, and merchandising as required.
• Safely operate customer vehicles in service areas.
