Job summary

Goodyear's Just Tires in Montclair, CA seeks a Customer Sales Advisor to build guest relationships and drive tire and service sales. You will greet guests, understand needs, explain warranties and promotions, and guide them from check-in to checkout with accurate time estimates.

Qualifications

• Prior guest service experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Help drive and reach sales goals through guest interactions including tire and service sales.
• Build guest relationships and ensure guest satisfaction through understanding their needs.
• Describe warranties, advertising, and promotions of products and services.
• Manage guest interactions from check-in to check-out and schedule appointments.
• Make recommendations based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Promote self-development via company training tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work and guest area.
• Perform manual tasks including lifting tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
