Tire Pros is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service by selling tires and automotive services, road hazard coverage, and recommended services. You will build long-term loyalty, drive store profitability, and manage repair orders while keeping the store clean and well merchandised.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or comparable vocational training.
• Knowledge of computerized sales and marketing software.
• Knowledge of auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance issues.
• Experience using Mitchell Repair, Activant and All-Data to research vehicle malfunctions.
• 2+ years experience in a retail environment, preferably auto/truck tire, lubrication and maintenance.
• Retail customer service and customer relations experience.
• 3+ years experience as a Sales Associate in an auto repair store or similar environment.
• Tire Manufacturer Sales Skills certification a plus

Responsibilities

• Promptly meets and greets customers
• Answers phone and schedules appointments with customers
• Determines the nature of customer problems; may inspect the vehicle
• Creates Repair Order Request detailing service or merchandise to be sold
• Explains warranties, options, pricing, etc. to the customer
• Obtains customer approval for service before delivering order to service personnel
• Reviews completed repairs or services performed with customers and collects payment
