RNR Tire Express in Texarkana, TX is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to engage with customers, answer questions, and drive in-store sales of tires and wheels.

You will quote prices, process payments, display products attractively, meet sales goals, and help train and mentor team members while delivering excellent customer service. This role offers base pay, commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concise while demonstrating active listening skills.
• Ability to speak professionally and effectively to potential customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Greeting and assisting customers in-store.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, tire types, and wheel packages.
• Assist customers in finding in-stock wheel and tire packages.
• Prepare and review quotes with customers.
• Explain payment options and financing details.
• Process warranty claims and assist with contracts.
• Place calls to draw in new or returning customers.
• Keep showroom stocked and display area organized.
