Qualifications

• 5+ years in a fast-paced customer service role.
• 3-5 years in an inside sales role.
• Valid Chauffeur's license and medical card.
• Strong technical or mechanical background in the tire or transportation field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize daily tire service activities, assigning tasks to technicians based on workload and customer needs.
• Serve as the primary operational resource for tire technicians, offering technical guidance and support on complex service situations.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of tire installations, repairs, inspections, roadside services, and fleet service commitments.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians, service advisors, customers, and location leadership to support efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders, service documentation, inventory transactions, and related records.
• Escalate customer concerns, personnel matters, safety issues, and operational challenges to senior leadership when necessary.

• Monitor shop organization, equipment readiness, and tire inventory levels, communicating operational needs to senior leadership.


• Escalate customer concerns, personnel matters, safety issues, and operational challenges to senior leadership when necessary.
