Qualifications

• Organized and friendly personality with strong communication skills.
• Valid Chauffeur's license and medical card.
• Strong technical or mechanical background in tire or transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize daily tire service activities, assigning tasks to technicians based on workload, skill level, and customer needs.
• Serve as the primary operational resource for tire technicians, offering technical guidance and support with complex service situations.
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely completion of tire installations, repairs, inspections, roadside services, and fleet service commitments.
• Maintain clear communication with technicians, service advisors, customers, and location leadership to support efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of work orders, service documentation, inventory transactions, and related records.
• Evaluate service priorities and operational challenges, recommending adjustments to maximize productivity and service quality.
• Promote compliance with company policies, safety procedures, industry standards, and manufacturer specifications during all tire service activities.
• Support training and onboarding by demonstrating proper service techniques, equipment operation, and safety practices to technicians.
• Monitor shop organization, equipment readiness, and tire inventory levels, communicating operational needs to senior leadership.
• Escalate customer concerns, personnel matters, safety issues, and operational challenges to senior leadership when necessary.
