Walmart Sam's Club in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas while collaborating with associates to meet member expectations.

You will work as part of a team, applying knowledge of safety standards and TPMS protocols, and leveraging handheld tools to drive sales and improve the service experience. This role emphasizes integrity, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and product specifications.
• Use digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement; utilize handheld technology for decisions on services, safety alerts, and training.
• Communicate equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC Lead; manage returns, special orders, and cash registers; maintain inventory accuracy and complete required documentation.
• Identify member needs and assist in purchasing decisions; resolve issues and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Uphold Walmart values and policies, acting with integrity and teamwork to deliver customer-first results.
