Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests, mentoring others.
• Be an Expert: knowledge of safety, TPMS, service standards, product specs and POS operations.
• Be a Techie: use handheld devices to plan, drive sales, and improve service.
• Be an Owner: manage equipment needs, track returns, operate cash registers, and maintain inventory.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: promote customer experience and train colleagues.
• Complies with policies, completes tasks, and documents properly while adapting to change.
