Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Mentor, OH is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe, efficient service in sales and service areas. You will collaborate with a team to meet member expectations, educate associates, and maintain inventory and compliance.

You will leverage digital tools, be an expert on tire and battery specs, and act as a brand ambassador while helping members with purchases and service needs.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Complete required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests, educate peers on tools and resources, and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, TPMS, tires, batteries, product specs, and POS usage.
• Utilize handheld tech and systems to plan, drive sales, improve service, and train others.
