• Provides expert member service, using product knowledge to recommend suitable tire and battery products.
• Drives sales and service excellence in the TBC and promotes awareness of offerings.
• Triages service workflow to maximize efficiency and meet service needs.
• Operates POS systems and processes payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Adheres to Open Door Policy and company ethics and integrity.
