Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department. Your goal is to deliver more of what our members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets the member’s expectations.

What you'll do

1. Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools, tasks, and resources, and mentor new technicians. Communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
2. Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, equipment operation, TPMS, product specifications, and sales techniques.
3. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, improve service, and make business decisions. Adapt to new technology and encourage others to do the same.
4. Be an Owner: Manage equipment, supplies, inventory, and safety standards. Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues.
