Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate others on tools and tasks, mentor new technicians, and communicate effectively to provide safe, efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety protocols, tire and battery industry standards, service procedures, equipment, TPMS, product specs, and seasonality; operate POS systems and apply sales techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, enhance service, and boost engagement; utilize handheld technology for business decisions and training; adapt to new tools and promote their use.
• Be an Owner: Manage equipment, tools, and supplies needs; operate cash registers; maintain inventory and safety standards; report issues; complete documentation; assist members with purchases and resolve concerns.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products; inspire and train team members; uphold the brand and member experience.
