Position Summary

As a Tire & Battery Center Technician, you will work to provide safe and efficient service in both the sales and service areas of the department, delivering more of what members love, for less. You will collaborate with other associates to ensure the club meets member expectations.

What you'll do

• Be a Team Member: Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests; educate others on tools, tasks, resources, and mentor new technicians; communicate effectively to provide safe and efficient customer service.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, seasonality, Point of Sale systems, and selling techniques.
• Be a Techie: Use digital tools to plan sales, improve service, and enhance engagement; utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage their use.
• Be an Owner: Communicate needs for equipment, tools, and supplies; manage inventory, safety, and compliance; process transactions; assist members with purchasing decisions; resolve issues efficiently.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Promote high-quality service and products; develop and inspire team members; uphold the brand values and support a respectful, supportive, team-oriented environment.
