Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and product recommendations at the Tire and Battery Center.
• Maintains safety, merchandising, and order accuracy on the sales floor.
• Manages appointments for installation and coordinates service flow.
• Operates POS system for member purchases and payments.
• Communicates with team leads to prioritize service requests.
