Job summary

Sam's Club in Midland, TX is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in sales and service areas and support members with quality tire and battery care. You will collaborate with teammates, apply safety protocols, and leverage POS tools while delivering friendly, reliable customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: collaborate with team to fulfil sales and service requests educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert: know safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, TPMS, product specs and seasonality; demonstrate knowledge of POS and selling techniques.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve service experience and engage associates; use handheld tech for business decisions.
• Be an Owner: manage equipment, tools, inventory, returns and special orders; operate cash registers and complete documentation; ensure proper packaging and labeling.
