Job summary

Sam's Club in Visalia, CA is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Associate to support member service, safety, and merchandise presentation. You will assist with tire installations, service appointments, and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred Qualifications: Auto service industry, Retail Experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures and conducting safety sweeps.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center displays organized, stocked, zoned and merchandised per policy.
• Monitors tire and battery orders and assists members with installation appointments and lead time changes.
• Provides expert member service, identifies needs, assists with purchases and explains warranties.
• Drives sales and service excellence by communicating value and collaborating with club associates.
• Triages service workflow in TBC bays to maximize efficiency and meet service needs.
