Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months supervisory experience or six months experience in automotive industry.
• Ability to lead a team and deliver service goals.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader; supervise the Tire and Battery Center team to deliver the business plan and contribute to the club's success.
• Be an Expert; maintain indepth knowledge of tire and battery operations, safety, and product specs.
• Be a Techie; use handheld tech to plan for and drive sales, service, and safety.
• Be an Owner; ensure operational excellence, inventory, scheduling, and customer service.
• Be a Talent Ambassador; train and develop the team and recruit new talent.
• Leads and participates in teams to identify customer needs and business priorities.
