Job summary

Sam’s Club in Auburn, AL is hiring for a Tire and Battery Center associate. You will maintain safety standards, organize the TBC area, assist members with tire installation appointments, and provide expert service to help customers choose the right products and services.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry and retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and procedures.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised according to company policies.
• Assists members with tire maintenance, installation scheduling, and service recommendations.
• Provides expert member service, greeting members, identifying needs, and resolving concerns.
• Drives sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings and value to members.
• Triages and prioritizes service workflow in TBC bays and coordinates with technicians.
