Job summary

Walmart in Mentor, OH is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe and efficient service in both sales and service areas and to support members with their tire and battery needs.

You will partner with team members to fulfill requests, operate POS systems, mentor others, and uphold safety and compliance standards while delivering outstanding customer service. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry and retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfil sales and service requests.
• Educate other associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols and service standards.
• Operate POS systems and handle in-person transactions.
• Maintain inventory and assist with merchandise in the Tire & Battery Center.
