Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team to fulfil sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety/compliance, tire and battery guidelines, service standards, OPOS/till operations.
• Uses handheld technology to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and train others.
• Manages equipment/tools/supplies, tracks returns, operates cash registers, and maintains inventory and safety standards.
• Delivers customer-first service and resolves issues to meet member expectations.
• Complies with policies, reports hazards, and documents logs and tasks.
• Supports Walmart values, fosters continuous improvement and teamwork.
