Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies, including forklift and hazardous material handling requirements and reporting unsafe situations.
• Ensures Tire and Battery Center (TBC) sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised according to policies, including handling of claims, returns, shrink, and damages.
• Presents and maintains merchandise presentation, stocking merchandise, setting up displays, cleaning, and pricing; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise.
• Monitors tire and battery orders, assists members with installation appointments, communicates lead times and cancellations, and suggests alternatives.
• Provides expert member service by greeting members, identifying needs, assisting with purchases and service decisions, and using Sam’s Garage to recommend appropriate tire and battery products and explain warranties.
