Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory experience and Tire Industry Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to meet the club's business goals and maintain safety standards.
• Develop expertise in tire/battery services and train the team.
• Utilize digital tools to plan and drive sales and improve service.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and manage staffing, inventory, and cash handling.
