You will learn tire and battery product specs, TPMS, safety protocols, and use handheld POS tools to assist customers and process transactions while maintaining inventory and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member collaborating with team members to fulfil sales and service requests.
• Be an Expert in safety, compliance, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS, and service standards.
• Be a Techie using handheld technology to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and make immediate business decisions.
• Be an Owner handling equipment/tools/supplies needs, inventory, cash registers, and documentation, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Be a Talent Ambassador promoting high-quality service and a positive member experience.
