• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards per safety policies, including forklift and hazardous material handling when applicable.
• Keeps Tire and Battery Center (TBC) area organized, stocked, zoned and merchandised per policies; handles claims, returns, shrink and damages.
• Presents merchandise through stocking, displays, pricing and signing; secures fragile/high-shrink items.
• Assists members with tire installation scheduling, maintenance and repairs; provides service recommendations.
