Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards; conducts safety sweeps and handles forklift/hazmat procedures.
• Sets up and merchandises displays; manages pricing and signage.
• Assists members with tire and installation appointments; communicates lead times and order changes.
• Provides expert member service; recommends tire and battery products and explains warranties.
• Drives sales and service excellence across the Tire & Battery Center (TBC) and collaborates with club associates.
• Triages service workflow and prioritizes TBC appointments to maximize efficiency.
