Job summary

Walmart in Hudson, NH is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in sales and service areas and assist members with purchases. You will collaborate with associates to meet member expectations and deliver value.

Responsibilities include applying safety protocols, operating POS systems, assisting with merchandising, and contributing to a positive customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid State-issued Driver's License.
• Preferred: Auto service industry and retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with team to fulfill sales and service requests educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians.
• Be an Expert: Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, and POS systems.
• Be a Techie: Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience and elevate associate engagement using handheld tech.
• Be an Owner: Manages equipment, tools and supplies needs, tracks returns, processes transactions, maintains inventory and ensures safety compliance.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, and inspires others in a respectful, team-oriented manner.
