Walmart is hiring for a Tire and Battery Center role at Westworth Village, TX. You will maintain safety standards, organize the TBC sales floor, and assist members with tire and battery services and installations.

You will guide customers using Sam’s Garage resources and product knowledge, explain warranties, and promote TBC services and value while collaborating with associates to optimize service flow.

Qualificações

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Tire & Battery Center safety and standards as per safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure TBC sales floor is organized, stocked, zoned, and merchandised per policy; handle claims, returns, shrink and damages.
• Assist customers with tire and battery orders, appointments, installation lead times, and service recommendations.
• Provide expert member service, identify member needs, assist with purchases, explain warranties, and guide service decisions.
• Promote TBC offerings and value; collaborate with club associates to drive sales and service excellence.
• Triages service workflow in TBC bays, prioritize appointments to maximize efficiency, and communicate with Team Lead.
