Job summary

Walmart’s Sam's Club in Westworth Village, TX is hiring a Tire & Battery Center Technician. You’ll work in sales and service while delivering safe, efficient customer service and collaborating with team members to meet member expectations.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS, and service standards.
• Leverage handheld technology and POS systems to plan, drive sales, and improve the service experience.
• Identify member needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and maintain inventory accuracy and safety standards.
