Walmart's Tire and Battery Center (TBC) at 4062 LBJ FREEWAY, DALLAS, TX 75244-5701 is seeking team members who excel in customer service and tire/battery expertise. You will help members with installation scheduling, maintenance, and service decisions while maintaining safety across the sales floor and TBC bays.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Auto service industry
• Retail Experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and sales floor safety and standards by following safety policies and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Assist Tire and Battery Center customers with installation scheduling, maintenance, and service decisions.
• Provide expert member service, identify needs, and recommend tires and batteries with warranties.
• Drive sales and service excellence by communicating value of Tire and Battery Center offerings to members.
