Qualifications

• Must follow safety policies and procedures.
• Provide expert member service and recommendations.
• Assist with tire installations and service decisions.
• Able to prioritize service workflow to maximize efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards on the sales floor and in service areas.
• Stock, zone, and merchandize the Tire and Battery Center.
• Monitor tire and battery orders and assist with installations.
• Greet members, assess needs, and guide purchases.
• Operate POS system and handle payments, returns, exchanges.
• Promote TBC offerings to members.
