Job summary

Sam's Club in Winston‑Salem, NC, is seeking team members for the Tire & Battery Center. You will help members with tire and battery installations, manage displays and shelving, and ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency of service on the floor and in service bays.

You will use Sam’s Garage tools and product knowledge to recommend appropriate products, explain warranties, and deliver a strong member experience. The role emphasizes sales, service excellence, and teamwork within the club setting.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Auto service industry and retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and comply with safety procedures in TBC area.
• Assist members with tire and battery services and installations.
• Stock, sign, price, and display merchandise and handle claims/returns.
• Provide expert member service and upsell products.
• Drive sales and promote TBC offerings across the club.
