Job summary

Sam's East in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to deliver safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas. You will work with teammates to meet member expectations, educate associates, and process transactions while maintaining inventory and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must complete all job required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests educating others on tools resources and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrate knowledge of tire and battery industry guidelines safety standards and point-of-sale operations.
• Utilize handheld devices to plan, drive sales, and improve the service experience.
• Operate cash registers and process transactions while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety compliance.
