Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains facility and sales floor safety and standards by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Presents and maintains merchandise presentation by stocking, cleaning and organizing product displays.
• Monitors tire and battery orders daily and assists members with installation appointments.
• Provides expert member service by greeting Members, identifying needs and assisting with purchases and services.
• Drives sales and service excellence in the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) and promotes value of offerings.
• Prioritizes service workflow in TBC bays and coordinates with Team Lead or Technicians.
• Uses Sam’s Garage and product knowledge to recommend appropriate tire and battery products.
