Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas. You will collaborate with team members to meet member expectations, mentor new technicians, and leverage handheld tools to drive service excellence.

The role emphasizes knowledge of safety standards, TPMS, POS systems, and customer-focused selling techniques, while ensuring accurate inventory and compliant operations in a busy club environment.

Qualifications

• Valid State-issued Driver's License.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred qualifications: Auto service industry, Retail Experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests educating other associates on tools, tasks, resources and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery guidelines, TPMS and POS systems.
• Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve service, and use handheld tech for decisions.
• Complies with policies and standards, assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues.
• Acts as a brand ambassador, delivering high-quality service and upholding Walmart values.
