• Collaborates with team members to fulfil sales and service requests and mentor new technicians.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety and compliance protocols and service standards.
• Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales and improve the service experience.
• Maintains inventory, processes transactions, and ensures merchandise is stored per policy.
• Actively supports customers, resolving issues and guiding purchasing decisions.
