Responsibilities

• Team Member: collaborate with team to fulfill sales and service requests, educating colleagues on tools, tasks, and resources.
• Expert: demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, tire and battery industry guidelines, TPMS, product specs and sales techniques.
• Techie: use handheld tools and digital systems to plan, drive sales, improve service, and train others.
• Owner: manage equipment, tools, and supplies needs, operate cash registers, monitor inventory, and ensure safety and compliance.
