Job summary

Sam's Club is seeking a Tire & Battery Center Technician to provide safe, efficient service in both sales and service areas and to assist members with purchases and product information. The role requires teamwork, strong customer service, and adherence to safety standards, TPMS knowledge, and POS operation.

Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, mentoring new technicians, maintaining accurate inventory, and processing transactions while delivering high-quality service to members

Qualifications

• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in auto service or retail is preferred.
• Ability to mentor teammates and educate others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with team to fulfill sales and service requests.
• Educates associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentoring.
• Demonstrates knowledge of safety, compliance, TPMS, and product specifications.
• Operates cash registers and POS systems; processes transactions.
• Maintains inventory accuracy and reports safety hazards or issues.
• Supports member needs and assists in purchasing decisions.
