Job summary

Sam's Club in Columbia, SC is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to drive member service and supervise a team of hourly associates in delivering safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and collaborate with other team leaders to meet the club’s expectations.

You will lead daily operations, train staff, ensure safety and compliance, and leverage digital tools to boost sales and improve the service experience for our members.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Complete required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader: supervise Tire and Battery Center team to meet business goals.
• Be an Expert: maintain in-depth knowledge of tire and battery service standards and safety protocols.
• Be a Techie: use digital tools for planning, training and improving the service experience.
• Be an Owner: manage resources, scheduling, and store operations to support member service.
