Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred: Tire Industry Certification.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader: supervise the Tire and Battery Center team to meet the club's business plan and member service goals.
• Be an Expert: maintain knowledge of tire and battery services, equipment operations, safety standards, and product specs.
• Be a Techie: leverage digital tools and training resources to drive sales and improve service quality.
• Be an Owner: manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and compliance with policies.
