Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Team Leader to supervise hourly associates, deliver safe and efficient services, and model Tire and Battery Center expertise while collaborating with other leaders to meet member expectations. You will lead the team, manage operations, training, scheduling, inventory, and use handheld tools to support service delivery.

The role offers full-time hours, shifts may vary, and an hourly wage of $23 to $31, with eligibility

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Leader: supervise Tire and Battery Center team to meet business goals and deliver member satisfaction.
• Be an Expert: maintain knowledge of tire and battery services, equipment, safety and product specs.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tools to plan, monitor service quality and drive continuous improvement.
• Be an Owner: manage operations, staffing, inventory, and ensure clean, safe work area and adherence to policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: train, develop and coach associates to deliver high-quality service.
