Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club seeks a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to drive member service in your area and supervise a team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and collaborate with other team leaders to ensure the club meets members’ expectations.

This role offers competitive pay and benefits, with an hourly wage range of $22.00 to $30.00 and opportunities for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead Tire and Battery Center team to meet the business plan and support member service goals.
• Ensure safety, policy compliance and adherence to procedures across the center.
• Communicate department goals, set expectations, train and coach team members.
• Leverage training and digital tools to improve service quality and efficiency.
