Sam's Club in Cinnaminson, NJ is seeking a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead to supervise hourly associates and drive member service. You will model expertise in tire/battery operations and collaborate with other team leaders to meet the club's expectations.

The role emphasizes developing the team, maintaining safety/compliance, and leveraging tools to improve sales and service. Competitive benefits and a performance-based bonus are included.

Formación

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Preferred qualifications include Supervisory experience, Tire Industry
• Tire Industry Certification - Certificate

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Tire and Battery Center team to meet business goals and ensure member service.
• Maintain knowledge of tire/battery services, safety, compliance, and equipment.
• Train team on products and new technologies; share knowledge.
• Utilize handheld tools to plan, drive sales and improve service quality.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and paperwork; uphold safety and cleanliness.
• Act with integrity and represent Walmart values in daily operations.
