Sam’s Club in Katy, TX seeks a Tire & Battery Center Team Leader to lead a new club opening and supervise hourly associates. You will drive member service, set goals, and model safety and standards while building a high-performing team.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional leaders, stay current on tire and battery services, train staff, and leverage digital tools to drive sales and enhance the member experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to drive service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of Tire & Battery Center associates to execute the business plan and deliver exceptional member service.
• Set clear goals, expectations, and service standards.
• Advocate for the member, the associate, and the company—every day.
• Train, coach, and develop associates through hands-on leadership and timely completion of training.
