Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months supervisory experience or 6 months experience in automotive industry.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Tire and Battery Center team to deliver on the business plan and drive member service.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies on the floor.
• Train and mentor associates, share product knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.
• Use handheld technology to plan, execute, and monitor service activities and promotions.
• Assist in staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and operating cash registers.
