Job summary

Sams Club Katy is launching a brand-new Tire & Battery Center and seeks motivated technicians to help build a first-rate member experience from day one. As a founding associate, you will perform tire and battery services, assist members with product selection, and contribute to a safe, efficient service environment.

You will join a hands-on team in a fast-paced setting, using tools and equipment to deliver high-quality service while upholding safety standards and helping shape the club culture.

Qualifications

• Valid state drivers license.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in auto service or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire installations, repairs, and battery services according to company standards.
• Ensure all services meet safety, compliance, and quality guidelines.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Process transactions and support sales in the Tire & Battery Center.
• Maintain accurate inventory, monitor supplies, and support ordering processes.
• Complete required documentation, logs, and service records.
• Identify and report safety concerns, equipment issues, and service opportunities.
